Concept and implementation : Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya

1.To become a Centre of Excellence in Central India. By 2020, the centre envisions delivering comprehensive eye care facilities and to be a referral centre with facilities to treat all eye problems under one roof. The milestones to realize this vision include:

Performing 100,000 eye surgeries.
Upgrade Children’s Eye Care Centre to a Referral Centre in Central India.
Upgrade Cornea and Eye Banking Services, Glaucoma, Vitreo-retina services and occuloplasty services to be on par with the best in the country.
Introduce Tele-ophthalmology Services to reach the un-reached in the states of MP and UP.
Develop into Training & Research Institute.
Opening of a dedicated Institute for Community Ophthalmology
To open 50 vision centre by the year 2020
2 establish Secondary hospitals by the year 2020

Concept and implementation : Jankikund Chikitsalaya

2. Service Arena Expansion at Janakikund. To extend the the service arena of the hospital to ensure treatment for more patients. The milestones to realize this vision include:

Development of JKC into a Tertiary multi-speciality hospital.
To develop speciality branches of ENT, Neonatology, Pediatric and Orthopaedic Facilities.
Opening up of an exclusive facility for Cardiac care.
Introduce diagnostic facilities of CT scan and MRI scan.
Expansion of reach out Rural Health Program in to catchment population of the hospital.
To open a traning centre for Laprocopy
Initiate Public Health projects to introduce evidence basedm programs for Public Health care in the region.
Developing a Public Health Institute with facets of projects, training, research and consultancy
