Chitrakoot:

An adorable place of Lord Rama.

Chitrakoot the hill of many wonders, nestles peacefully in the northern spurs of the Vidhyas, a place of tranquil forest glades and quiet rivers, and streams where calm and repose are all pervading. This loveliest of natures gifts is also a hallowed ground blessed by the Lord and sanctified by his saintly devotees. Chitrakoot’s spiritual legacy stretches back to the Treta yuga. It was in these deep forests that Rama and Sita spent eleven of their fourteen years of exile; here, the great sage Atri and Sati Anusuiyaji meditated; and here the principal trinity of the Hindu religion, Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh, took their incarnations. Sufferers and seekers, poets and visionaries, princes and noblemen have, through the ages, sought and found solace in Chitrakoot, drawn inspiration from its sublime natural beauty, gained spiritual strength from its serene temples and in turn, become part of the hallowed legend that is Chitrakoot. It is a unique place of pilgrimage shared by two provinces, Madhya Pradesh & Uttar Pradesh.

How to reach:

Chitrakoot is well connected by road and rail links, nearby railway station is Chitrakoot Dham (Karwi) 10 Kms, Manikpur Jn. 35 Kms and Satna 75 Kms from our place.

Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust was founded by our inspirational and spiritual leader Param Pujya Gurudev Shri Ranchoddasji Maharaj. He was the founding father of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, a public charitable trust, established in 1968.  Gurudev’s mission was to provide clothes to the needy, food to the hungry and sight to the blind. Gurudev believed that there is no greater religion than service to mankind. For the past 43 years, we have transformed the lives of so many people in the rural part of central India . It is a fact that we have made a real difference in the world through our Gurudev’s blessings “which is our strength and it is his vision motivates our efforts”.   We are working to alleviate the sufferings of the poor mankind, towards connecting them to the social mainstream by helping them build a bright future.

At SSST one finds, combined with modern infrastructure and new approaches, compassionate spirituality, committed voluntary service and the sense of a mission.
